The Müller light and ventilation ridge Deluxe Agrar has been specially developed for agriculture and brings a lot of natural light into your building.
The ridge received a great deal of praise for its incredible ventilation. This is the major advantage especially with cowsheds and loose barns for bulls and cattle. Responsible for this are not only the ventilation cross section, but also the object-related production, the type and position of the wind deflectors and the additional exhaust air gap (type stable).
The Müller light and ventilation ridge Deluxe Agrar is available in two different versions: type stable and type hall.
Deluxe Agrar is available for stables with an additional exhaust air gap in the top of the rooflight hood.
This gap is about 3 cm wide and prevents the soiling of the rooflight hood’s bottom side by a constant movement of air. Moreover, there is no accumulation of air below and the ventilation is supported.
The penetration of rainfall through the gap is virtually impossible due to the constant chimney effect in a fully utilized stable.
A design with thermally formed rooflight hoods is recommended for milking parlors and halls.
The light hood is optionally available in either crystal-clear or, without extra charge, in translucent. The translucency reduces the heating of the building and prevents sheets of light on walls and floors.
The entire frame of the light and ventilation ridges Deluxe Agrar is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy,especially resistant to ammonia and sea air, and is manufactured to measure and in accordance with the roof pitch for your building and your roofing.
The self-supporting frame is available for ridge openings up to 400 cm (top purlin spacing) and roof slopes up to 45 °.
The extra rigid construction can withstand the highest wind suction loads and is highly resilient.
Due to the prefabricated (welded) frame and the self-tapping screws made of stainless steel ensures a very quick and easy assembly.
Each roof ridge comes with a brief but detailed and easy to follow assembly instruction (assembly instruction type stable, assembly instruction type hall).
The Müller light and ventilation ridge Deluxe Agrar has an above-average air outlet and is often praised for its excellent ventilation.
The type stable has an air outlet of 49 cm (2 x 23 cm to the left and right + 3 cm exhaust air gap). The type hall with a thermally formed rooflight hood has an air outlet of 42 cm (2 x 21 cm).
A steplessly variable locking system for ventilation control is optionally available for the Deluxe Agrar.
Operation of the ventilation flaps can be done either manually via a wire rope hoist or by means of an electric drive, which can be activated through a button or completely automated.
The automated control is determined by indoor temperature, wind intensity and precipitation.
The wind deflectors are also made of aluminum alloy being resistant to ammonia and sea air. The position as well as the reinforcement beads of the deflectors are arranged so that the wind does not generate turbulence and is ideally directed over the ridge (see schematic figure).
For an excellent protection against storms, there are additional corner trims located behind the wind deflectors (yellow arrow).
The natural wind deflectors have a stucco-embossed (hammered) surface, preventing dazzling sunlight.
Optionally, the wind deflectors are available with a polyester coating in different colours.
The gable cladding serves to close the front side of the Müller light and ventilation ridge Deluxe Agrar and is supplied in the same shade of color as the wind deflectors.
